No. 5 - Gender Equality
At Modul, we are convinced that our core values, diversity, and gender equality enrich us individually as employees and collectively as a company, and are good for our customers and our business. As an industrial company, we are proud to be made up of 40% women, of several nationalities, young and old, with many different skills, backgrounds, and a wide range of years employed.
No. 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth
In Sweden, we have a functioning labor market with good laws and regulations regarding employment and the working environment, as well as functioning cooperation between trade unions and employer organizations. At Modul, we want everyone to feel welcome, safe and have a good working environment. We have clear policies, processes, and routines to achieve this as a company and as partners.

Modul is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. We have policies, management systems, processes, and routines for our quality and environmental work.
Modul manufactures and sells products for customers in the construction industry, heating, water, and sanitation industry, infrastructure, electronics, as well as furniture and interior design. That we can be a safe and long-term supplier, who delivers innovative, sustainable, resource-efficient, and production-efficient solutions to these industries is therefore important.

At Modul, we have an ongoing quality and environmental management system, and are ISO 9001 and ISO14001 certified. We strive for continuous improvements and to optimize our production and production methods through constant development and increased efficiency. Modul works to be at the forefront of innovation and new technology.
No. 13 - Climate Action - the future of fossil-free steel
In Modul's quality and environmental management system, we set our ambitions and goals on the environment, quality, and work environment. Among other things, we believe in recycling and circular economy as ways to combat climate change. We look at how we can influence our value chain's use of resources. It includes both our suppliers and our customers' willingness to reuse and recycle. Moving forward, we will place tighter requirements on suppliers and find new solutions that can help our customers along the way.
